The bags were originally supposed to be placed by the window before we asked to move them somewhere more safe. It is preferable to not have the bags in the open, even if there are usually employees present.

Great location, very central- and not too far from the station. Perfect for us to leave our luggage to explore Verona for the day! Felt very safe and comfortable leaving our bags with this friendly staff! 12pm-10pm with no problems! Would definitely recommend!
It was bot very easy to find the storage room. I didn't know it's a cafe. Maybe next time it should be written in the booking.
