This location (hotel) is in a great area--we were able to store our luggage and get going for the day, before picking it back up and making a quick ride to the airport. The guest service guru at the front desk was wonderful and prepared for our arrival even though we were early!

Check in ans out was perfect. Grazie! The map within the app is incorrect though, and implies that the store is within the hotel touring - it took me about 15mins or walking around in circles until I found it.
This was a lifesaver for me as I had a schengen visa appointment close by and they don't allow large bags into the building. Was really quick and efficient and the staff were really helpful. It is located inside the hotel so you just go to the reception.
We appreciate that there are places like this, that provide this kind of service for those of us who are travelers.
Male staff member at Reception was super helpful with check-in/check-out and also helped us with a taxi to the airport. 1 minute walk from Liceu Metro station. Very reasonably priced also. Would use again.
