Super convenient, great location, and friendly staff! We felt at ease knowing our luggage was safely stored somewhere when we had a few hours to waste before we boarded our flight. We didn't want to have luggage in our car which would be risky. The process was super easy, just reserve and pay online, you then drop it off, and they give you a slip to show when you pick it up. This location was very conveniently a kombucha so definitely purchased a drink or two while we were there!

The staff were kind, accommodating, and overall very professional in terms of dropping off my three pieces of luggage and pick up. I will keep this location in mind if I need a place to store my baggage if I fly out of PDX in the future. Note: PDX doesn’t have luggage storage and airlines can only accept check in luggage ~4 hours prior to departure.
